Choose between an 8:00 AM or 1:00 PM start, when our friendly guides and driver will pick you up directly from your hotel to begin the journey. This smooth and convenient start sets the tone for a relaxing countryside escape, as you leave the city behind and head toward Hanoi’s quieter, greener outskirts.
Part 1: Ancient Village & Cultural Connection
Your first destination is an 800-year-old village, where the peaceful rhythms of traditional countryside life still thrive. Along the way, you’ll stop at a beautiful bonsai garden to learn about this ancient art and admire its miniature masterpieces. The journey continues to a visit with a local family living in a 200-year-old traditional Vietnamese house, where you’ll be warmly welcomed with tea and candy. This is a special opportunity to connect with local people, hear their personal stories, and enjoy meaningful conversation made seamless by your guide’s expert translation.
Part 2: Scenic Ride & Riverside Charm
Cruising through winding village roads, you’ll pass lush gardens, brick kilns, and quiet temples nestled near the riverbanks. This part of the ride is filled with photogenic scenes and offers a rare glimpse into rural life. From farmers tending fields to children waving cheerfully, every corner reveals the soul of the Vietnamese countryside.
