Part 1: Culinary Kickoff – Bánh Cuốn Experience
The adventure begins with a visit to a family-run eatery that locals claim serves the best Bánh Cuốn (steamed rolled cake) in Hanoi. Watch as the skilled chef demonstrates the traditional preparation right in front of you, giving you a front-row culinary experience and a delicious taste of Hanoi’s street food culture.
Part 2: Scenic Night Ride & Bún Chả Delight
Next, we cruise through the streets of the Old Quarter, glowing with colorful lanterns and decorative lights, then ride along the Red River to admire nighttime views of Hanoi from a unique perspective. We’ll stop at a local family eatery to enjoy Bún Chả (grilled pork with vermicelli noodles) — one of the most iconic dishes in Vietnamese cuisine.
Part 3: Lakeside Tastes & Local Life
We continue to the West Lake for a breezy ride and relaxing scenery, before arriving at Ngu Xa village, where you’ll be treated to freshly grilled seafood, unique Hanoian versions of Phở, banana flower salad, and other traditional Vietnamese dishes. As the tour loops back toward the city center, you’ll pass the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, where you can witness the solemn nightly ceremony performed by the guards — an important and symbolic part of Vietnamese national pride.
Part 4: Train Tracks, Egg Coffee & Secret Dessert
We finish off the ride by diving into one of Hanoi’s most fascinating spots: the train street, where locals cook, relax, and sell their goods right next to the tracks. It’s a lively scene that captures the authentic energy of Hanoi at night. Our final stop is at a popular café, where you’ll try the world-famous Vietnamese egg coffee, along with a top-secret dessert that’s exclusive to our tour. Invented in 1946, this unique creation blends whipped egg yolk, sugar, and condensed milk, floated on a shot of espresso and dusted with cocoa — a rich treat that evokes the taste of tiramisu and ends your experience on a perfect note.

Dressing standard: Light and comfortable clothing and shoes, sunscreen, sunglasses, and a light jacket or long sleeve top for winter months (December–February).
