TOUR PHONG NHA CAVE - HAVA VALLEY

Phong Nha Cave is a must-visit destination when it comes to tourism in Quang Binh and is one of the top tourist attractions in Vietnam. Additionally, Hava Valley is another destination with breathtaking scenery. The combination of Phong Nha Cave and Hava Valley is sure to be an unforgettable experience for travelers.

I. TOUR DETAILED ITINERARY

08:00: Our car and tour guide pick visitors up at designated points in Dong Hoi,
Phong Nha area, the train station, the airport, and the bus station. Ready for an exciting new day.
08:45: Arrive at the center of Phong Nha and wait for the guide to check the tickets. Later, take a boat for about 30 minutes to the cave entrance. Sit on the boat along the longest underground river in Southeast Asia to admire the shimmering and mystical beauty of the stalactite system. After visiting the wet cave, disembarkandproceedtothe dry cave area forsightseeingand photography. Finally, moving to the waiting area to board the boat back to the central dock.
12:00: The second stop is Hava valley. Take a nap and have lunch at local restaurants.
14:00: Visitors can change into swimwear and start experiencing the activities here. With the crystal-clear Chay River, you can swim, kayak, short zipline, The zipline is 600 meters long (cost is self-funded).
16:50: Visitors get on the car back to Dong Hoi, dropped off at their designated locations, concluding the one-day tour.

III. INCLUSIONS
• Modern tourist car picks up and drop off visitors during the journey.
• English- Vietnamese tour guide.
• 01 Lunch at Local restaurant.
• Entrance tickets for the tour destinations.
• Incense and flowers at the spiritual sites.
• Water mineral: 2 bottles/pax/day.
• Cool tissue: 2/pax/day.
• Travel insurance, maximum coverage: 20,000,000 VND /pax/per incident.
• Company’s hat.
IV. EXCLUSIONS
• VAT invoice.
• Personal expenses, food costs, and entrance fees for attractions not included in the program.
• Tips for drivers and tour guides (if applicable).
• In case, visitors are satisfied with the service of the driver and tour guide. They may get Tip from visitors.
The tip amount is entirely optional, but it is customary to give a minimum of 50,000 VND /pax/per day.
● Tip for foreigners: 3 USD/pax/day.

V. SURCHARGE POLICY
• Children under 2 years old: Free, parents bear any additional costs.
• Children from 2 to 4 years old: 50% of the adult tour price.
• Children from 5 to 8 years old: 75% of the adult tour price.
• Children from 9 years old and above: Adult tour price.
• The child's age is calculated based on their date of birth (day-month-year).
• Additional fee for foreign guests: 250,000 VND/person/day.
VI. TOUR BOOKING REGULATIONS
• Transfer 50% of the tour price at the time of booking.
• The rest of the money must be paid at least seven days before starting the journey.
• The final list of participants will be completed once you confirm the number of participants for the tour.
VII. CANCELLATION POLICY
• After booking (30 days before departure): 100% deposit penalty.
• 7 days (before the tour departs: 50% penalty of the total tour price will be applied).
• 5 days before departure: 75% of the deposit will be applied.
• Within 5 days before departure: 100% of the total tour price will be applied.
• Refunds, cancellations, and changes are not applicable for group bookings on special occasions such as: holidays, Tet.
IX. NOTES
• Bring a valid Citizen Identification Card (CCCD) or the original Birth Certificate (for children under 14 years old).
- Children over 14 years old must be required an ID card or passport for flight check-in procedures, or a personal identification confirmation form as per regulations, validfor 30daysfrom the date of issuance (noalterationsor erasures).
Children without parents must have a commitment form (or certification letter from local authorities for the accompanying adult).
• Overseas Vietnamese or foreign nationals: Please bring your Original passport attached with a valid entry visa (either a visa stamped in the passport, a separate visa, or Certificate of visa exemption). These documents must have an entry stamp of Vietnam country and be valid for use).
• Please take a note and notify the consulting staff if you would like to issue an invoice (VAT).
