I. TOUR DETAILED ITINERARY
08:00: Our Car and tour guide pick up visitors at airport, train stations, bus stations, private homes, hotels departing for Phong Nha cave.
09:00: Upon arriving at Paradise Cave, take a rest and mentally prepare yourself, along with your personal belongings, for the upcoming journey. Once the procedures are completed, trams will take visitors to the foot of the mountain. Then, continue walking through the forest to reach the cave entrance, where visitors can rest for 5-10 minutes to “recharge the batteries”, or proceed deeper into the cave to experience its mystery. Inside, the cave feels like a giant paradise, built and decorated with shimmering, lively stalactite formations, creating a romantic, ancient feeling.
12:00: Take a nap and have lunch at local restaurants.
13:30:Then, visitVungChua -Yen(Swallow) Island, the tour guide takesvisitors to the burial site to offer incense in remembrance at the grave of General Vo Nguyen Giap. Moreover, this is an opportunity to explore and understand more about Vung Chua - Yen (Swallow) Island. Standing on the peak of Tho Son.

15:00: Continuing to Horizontal pass (Deo Ngang), which is the natural boundary between Quang Binh and Ha Tinh provinces, Appearing in many famous poems such as “through horizontal pass” was written by Ba Huyen Thanh Quan. Exploring the brick and stone architecture from the time of Emperor Minh Mạng at Hoanh Son Quan - Heaven’s gate.
16:30 : Our car takes visitors to Da Nhay Beach. There are many activities such as: taking photos, swimming and tasting extremely fresh seafood Here. The special thing you can also experience when visiting Da Nhay Beach is admiring its simple, majestic beauty.
The next stop is Quang Phu Sand Dunes, experience off-road driving. Play sandboarding and take souvenir photos, here visitors will feel very small between the white, smooth and vast sand dunes.
17:30: Welcome back to Dong Hoi city. In the evening, visitors can freely enjoy seafood, Quang Binh cuisine and some famous destinations in the city such as Dong Hoi Citadel, Quang Binh Quan, Vietnamese Heroic Mother (Me Suot) Monument and Bao Ninh walking street.

IV. EXCLUSIONS
● Expenses not included in the program.
● Soft drinks, alcohol, and beer during meals.
● VAT Invoice.
● Personal expenses and additional costs incurred outside of the program, single room accommodation, overtime transportation, drinks, laundry at the hotel (if applicable), etc.
● Tip for drivers and tour guides (if applicable).
● In case, visitors are satisfied with the service of the driver and tour guide. They may get Tip from visitors. The tip amount is entirely optional, but it is customary to give a minimum of 2 USD/pax/per day.
● Tip for foreigners: 3 USD/pax/day.

V. SURCHARGE POLICY
● Children under 2 years old: Free, parents bear any additional costs.
● Children from 2 to 4 years old: 50% of the adult tour price.
● Children from 5 to 8 years old: 75% of the adult tour price.
● Children from 9 years old and above: Adult tour price.
● The child's age is calculated based on their date of birth (day-month-year).
● Additional fee for foreign guests: 250,000 VND/person/day.
VI. TOUR BOOKING REGULATIONS
● Transfer 50% of the tour price at the time of booking.
● The rest of the money must be paid at least seven days before starting the journey.
● The final list of participants will be completed once you confirm the number of participants for the tour.
VII. CANCELLATION POLICY
● After booking (30 days before departure): 100% deposit penalty.
● 7 days (before the tour departs: 50% penalty of the total tour price will be applied).
● 5 days before departure: 75% of the deposit will be applied.
● Within 5 days before departure: 100% of the total tour price will be applied.
● Refunds, cancellations, and changes are not applicable for group bookings on special occasions such as: holidays, Tet.
IX. NOTES
● Bring a valid Citizen Identification Card (CCCD) or the original Birth Certificate (for children under 14 years old).
- Children over 14 years old must be required an ID card or passport for flight check-in procedures, or a personal identification confirmation form as per regulations, validfor 30daysfrom the date of issuance (noalterationsor erasures).
Children without parents must have a commitment form (or certification letter from local authorities for the accompanying adult).
● Overseas Vietnamese or foreign nationals: Please bring your Original passport attached with a valid entry visa (either a visa stamped in the passport, a separate visa, or Certificate of visa exemption). These documentsmusthave anentrystamp of Vietnam country and be valid for use).
● Please take a note and notify the consulting staff if you would like to issue an invoice (VAT).
