TOUR PARADISE CAVE - PHONG NHA CAVE

Ready for a one- day tour exploring two famous caves. Paradise cave was named “Underground palace”, Another one- Phong Nha cave is oneof the seven wonders in the world. The combination of Phong Nha cave and Paradise cave will be a great choice not only for Vietnamese but also for foreigners

I. TOUR DETAILED ITINERARY
08:00: Our Car and tour guide pick up visitors at the hotel in Dong Hoi and Phong Nha, train station, airport and bus station in Dong Hoi city.
09:00: Visitors move to Paradise Cave and have a short break after getting off the car. Later, the tram picks you up at the mountain foot. Here, visitors walk through the forest for about 40 minutes to reach the cave entrance. Visitors will feel cool fresh air from outside the cave. Moreover, inside the cave, visitors will be overwhelmed by the majestic stalactites. Listen to the presentation from out tour guide and freely take photos.
12:00: Enjoy the local cuisine and take a nap to “recharge your batteries” for an exciting afternoon.
13:30: Visitors move to Phong Nha center and prepare personal belongings and wait for the guide to complete the formalities. Traveling by boat for about 30 minutes to reach the cave entrance. To explore the interior of the cave, along the longest underground river in the country, visitors will be paddled by the boatman to explore 1 km inside the cave. Then, taking photos at dry cave before ending tour.
17:00: Welcome back to Dong Hoi city. In the evening, visitors can freely enjoy seafood, Quang Binh cuisine and stroll around Dong Hoi city.

III. ALL-INCLUSIVE TICKET PRICE INCLUDES:
● Modern tourist car picks up and drop off visitors during the journey.
● English- Vietnamese tour guide.
● 01 Lunch at Local restaurant.
● Entrance tickets for the tour destinations.
● Incense and flowers at the spiritual sites.
● Water mineral: 2 bottles/pax /day.
● Cool tissue: 2/ pax/ day .
● Travel insurance, maximum coverage: 787 USD/pax/per incident.

IV. EXCLUSIONS
● VAT invoice
● Personal expenses, food costs, and entrance fees for attractions not included in the program
● Tip for drivers and tour guides (if applicable).
● In case, visitors are satisfied with the service of the driver and tour guide. They may get Tip from visitors.
The tip amount is entirely optional, but it is customary to give a minimum of 2 USD/pax/per day.
● Tip for foreigners: 3 USD/pax/day

V. SURCHARGE POLICY
● Children under 2 years old: Free, parents bear any additional costs.
● Children from 2 to 4 years old: 50% of the adult tour price.
● Children from 5 to 8 years old: 75% of the adult tour price.
● Children from 9 years old and above: Adult tour price.
● The child's age is calculated based on their date of birth (day-month-year).
● Additional fee for foreign guests: 250,000 VND/person/day.
VI. TOUR BOOKING REGULATIONS
● Transfer 50% of the tour price at the time of booking.
● The rest of the money must be paid at least seven days before starting the journey
● The final list of participants will be completed once you confirm the number of participants for the tour.
VII. CANCELLATION POLICY
● After booking (30 days before departure): 100% deposit penalty
● 7 days (before the tour departs: 50% penalty of the total tour price will be applied)
● 5 days before departure: 75% of the deposit will be applied
● Within 5 days before departure: 100% of the total tour price will be applied
● Refunds, cancellations, and changes are not applicable for group bookings on special occasions such as: holidays, Tet.

IX. NOTES
● Bring a valid Citizen Identification Card (CCCD) or the original Birth Certificate (for children under 14 years old).
- Children over 14 years old must be required an ID card or passport for flight check-in procedures, or a personal identification confirmation form as per regulations, valid for 30 days from the date of issuance (no alterations or erasures)
Children without parents must have a commitment form (or certification letter from local authorities for the accompanying adult)
● Overseas Vietnamese or foreign nationals: Please bring your Original passport attached with a valid entry visa (either a visa stamped in the passport, a separate visa, or Certificate of visa exemption). These documentsmusthave anentrystamp of Vietnam country and be valid for use)
● Please take a note and notify the consulting staff if you would like to issue an invoice (VAT)
