TOUR PARADISE CAVE - HAVA VALLEY

Travel to Quang Binh with the Paradise Cave – Hava Valley tour. Experiencing a day at these two incredibly exciting locations will ensure that visitors are never disappointed by the scenery in Quang Binh, enjoying both adventurous and exciting water games.

TOUR DETAILED ITINERARY

08:00: Our Car and tour guide pick up visitors at the airport, the train stations, bus stations, the private homes and hotels departing for Phong Nha Cave.
09:00: Upon arriving at Paradise Cave, take a rest and mentally prepare yourself, along with personal belongings for the upcoming journey. Once the procedures are completed, trams will take visitors to the foot of the mountain. Then, continue walking through the forest to reach the cave entrance, where visitors can rest for 5-10 minutes to “recharge the batteries” or proceed deeper into the cave to experience its mystery. Inside, the cave feels like a giant paradise, built and decorated with shimmering, lively stalactite formations, creating a romantic, ancient atmosphere.
12:00: Take a nap and have lunch at local restaurants.
13:30: Our car and tour guide take visitors to Hava valley.
14:00: Visitors can enjoy the stunning natural scenery at Hava Valley. Additionally, participate in activities such as kayaking, zipline sliding, or relax in a hammock under the trees and chill.
16:50: Visitors get on the car back to Dong Hoi, dropped off at their designated locations, concluding the one-day tour.

INCLUSIONS
Modern tourist car picks up and drop off visitors during the journey.

Personal expenses, food costs, and entrance fees for attractions not included in the program.
Tip for drivers and tour guides (if applicable).
In case, visitors are satisfied with the service of the driver and tour guide. They may get Tip from visitors. The tip amount is entirely optional, but it is customary to give a minimum of 2 USD/pax/per day.
Tip for foreigners: 3 USD/pax/day.

SURCHARGE POLICY
Children under 2 years old: Free, parents bear any additional costs.
Children from 2 to 4 years old: 50% of the adult tour price.
Children from 5 to 8 years old: 75% of the adult tour price.
Children from 9 years old and above: Adult tour price
The child's age is calculated based on their date of birth (day-month-year).
Additional fee for foreign guests: 250,000 VND/person/day.
TOUR BOOKING REGULATIONS
Transfer 50% of the tour price at the time of booking.
The rest of the money must be paid at least seven days before starting the journey.
The final list of participants will be completed once you confirm the number of participants for the tour.
CANCELLATION POLICY
After booking (30 days before departure): 100% deposit penalty.
7 days (before the tour departs: 50% penalty of the total tour price will be applied).
5 days before departure: 75% of the deposit will be applied.
Within 5 days before departure: 100% of the total tour price will be applied
Refunds, cancellations, and changes are not applicable for group bookings on special occasions such as: holidays, Tet.
NOTES
Bring a valid Citizen Identification Card (CCCD) or the original Birth Certificate (for children under 14 years old).
- Children over 14 years old must be required an ID card or passport for flight check-in procedures, or a personal identification confirmation form as per regulations, valid for 30 days from the date of issuance (no alterations or erasures)
Children without parents must have a commitment form (or certification letter from local authorities for the accompanying adult).
Overseas Vietnamese or foreign nationals: Please bring Original passport attached with a valid entry visa (either a visa stamped in the passport, a separate visa, or Certificate of visa exemption). These documents must have an entry stamp of Vietnam country and be valid for use).
