TOUR PARADISE CAVE - DARK CAVE

Let’s explore Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park with the Paradise Cave – Dark Cave tour to admire the beauty of the “Palace in the Heart of the Earth”, explore the caves, and enjoy the fresh, comfortable atmosphere of the cool stream.

TOUR DETAILED ITINERARY

07:30 - 08:00: Pick up visitors at Dong Hoi or Phong Nha and depart for Paradise Cave.
09:00 - 11:00: Visiting Paradise Cave
Upon arriving at the Paradise Cave tourist area, the guide will give a brief introduction about the cave.
Travel into the cave by tram (approximately 1.6 km).
Explore Paradise Cave and admire the beautiful and magnificent stalactite system.
11:00 - 11:30: Depart from Paradise Cave to Chay River.
11:30 - 12:30: Have lunch in local restaurants.
12:30 - 14:00: Participate in activities on Chay River and explore Dark Cave.
Kayak on Chay River, enjoying the natural scenery along the riverbanks
Participate in adventure activities such as jumping off a bridge or ziplining from above into Chay River.
14:00 - 15:30: Explore Dark Cave
Equip yourself with flashlights and safety gear to explore Dark Cave.
Participate in swimming inside the cave and challenge yourself with the natural mud inside the cave.
15:30 - 16:00: Ending exploring a one day tour. Pack your belongings and prepare to go back home.
16:00 - 17:30: Back to Dong Hoi or Phong Nha. Our car will take visitors back to the original pickup point. End of the trip.

INCLUSIONS
Modern tourist cars pick up and drop off visitors during the journey.
English- Vietnamese tour guide.

Entrance tickets for the tour destinations
Incense and flowers at the spiritual sites.
Water mineral: 2 bottles/pax/day.
Cool tissue: 2/ pax/day.
Travel insurance, maximum coverage: 20.000.000 VND/pax/per incident.

Personal expenses, food costs, and entrance fees for attractions not included in the program.
Tip for drivers and tour guides (if applicable).
In case, visitors are satisfied with the service of the driver and tour guide. They may get Tip from visitors. The tip amount is entirely optional, but it is customary to give a minimum of 2 USD/pax/per day.
Tip for foreigners: 3 USD/pax/day.

SURCHARGE POLICY
Children under 2 years old: Free, parents bear any additional costs.
Children from 2 to 4 years old: 50% of the adult tour price.
Children from 5 to 8 years old: 75% of the adult tour price.
Children from 9 years old and above: Adult tour price.
The child's age is calculated based on their date of birth (day-month-year).
Additional fee for foreign guests: 250,000 VND/person/day.
TOUR BOOKING REGULATIONS
Transfer 50% of the tour price at the time of booking.
The rest of the money must be paid at least seven days before starting the journey.
The final list of participants will be completed once you confirm the number of participants for the tour.
CANCELLATION POLICY
After booking (30 days before departure): 100% deposit penalty.
7 days (before the tour departs: 50% penalty of the total tour price will be applied).
5 days before departure: 75% of the deposit will be applied.
Within 5 days before departure: 100% of the total tour price will be applied.
Refunds, cancellations, and changes are not applicable for group bookings on special occasions such as: holidays, Tet.
NOTES
Bring a valid Citizen Identification Card (CCCD) or the original Birth Certificate (for children under 14 years old).
- Children over 14 years old must be required an ID card or passport for flight check-in procedures, or a personal identification confirmation form as per regulations, valid for 30 days from the date of issuance (no alterations or erasures).
Children without parents must have a commitment form (or certification letter from local authorities for the accompanying adult).
Overseas Vietnamese or foreign nationals: Please bring your Original passport attached with a valid entry visa (either a visa stamped in the passport, a separate visa, or Certificate of visa exemption). These documents must have an entry stamp of Vietnam country and be valid for use).
