I. TOUR DETAILED ITINERARY

4:30 AM - Pick up
The bus will pick up guests at the designated meeting point in Hue city. After departure, you'll embark on a scenic 3 -hour journey to Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park, passing through stunning landscapes and the majestic natural beauty of Central Vietnam.
08:00 AM -Arrival at Dong Hoi, Quang Binh Province Upon arrival, Then, the journey continues with a transfer to PhongNha - Ke Bang National Park, which takes about an hour. Get ready to discover one of the world's most renowned natural wonders.
09:00: AM - Explore Phong Nha Cave:
• Visitors begin their journey to Phong Nha Cave. Here, visitors board a dragon boat to begin a 30-minute journey along the cool river, surrounded by beautiful natural scenery.
• Sitting on the boat, visitors will feel the peace of the scenery, watching the riverside villages and majestic limestone mountains in the distance. The river leads to the entrance of Phong Nha Cave, where the wonders of nature gradually reveal themselves through the majestic and mysterious beauty of the rows of stalactites and stalagmites.
• Stepping inside, visitors will be overwhelmed by the sparkling beauty of the stalactite system illuminated by flashlights. The stone curtains, stalagmites and stalactites sparkle like diamonds, creating unique shapes. The deeper you go, the more amazed youwill be bythe shallows, underground lakes and sparkling rocks, all creating a scene like a fairy tale world.
11:30: PM - Lunch break:
After visiting Phong Nha Cave, visitors will be invited to a restaurant in the National Park area to have lunch with local specialties, in a peaceful and airy space.
01:30: PM- Explore Dark Cave:
• You continue your adventure at Dark Cave tourist area. Conquering the longest two-wire Zipline game in Southeast Asia, visitors will experience the feeling of "flying" across the Chay River to reach the Dark Cave.
• The Dark Cave offers a special experience with rich darkness. Visitors are equipped with headlamps and other specialized equipment to explore the cave safely. The highlight is the mud bath activity in the cave, where visitors can relax in a natural mineral mud pool, bringing benefits to health and spirit.
• After that, visitors will continue other recreational activities on the Chay River
such as short Zipline and Kayaking, enjoying the fresh and cool beauty of the river.
04:00: PM - Return to Dong Hoi:
You will get on the bus to return to Dong Hoi City.
05:00: PM- Arrive in Dong Hoi:
The bus will pick you up and continue the journey back to Hue.
09:00: PM - Arrive in Hue:
You arrive in Hue, ending the tour. The driver says goodbye and looks forward to welcoming you on the next journey.

III. INCLUSIONS
● Modern air-conditioned tourist car for pick-up and drop-off in Dong Hoi throughout the program.
● Vietnamese or English-speaking tour guide during the tour.
● Entrance tickets for Phong Nha Cave and Dark Cave.
● One lunch at Phong Nha restaurant: 150,000 VND per guest per meal.
● Tram tickets.
● Two bottles Lavie/pax/day
● Two cool tissues per visitor per day.
● Travel insurance, with a maximum coverage of 20,000,000 VND per guest per incident.
IV. EXCLUSIONS
● VAT invoice
● Personal expenses, food costs, and entrance fees for attractions not included in the program.
● Tip for drivers and tour guides (if applicable).
● Incase, visitors are satisfied withthe service ofthe driver and tour guide.They may get Tip from visitors. The tip amount is entirely optional, but it is customary to give a minimum of 50,000 VND /pax/day.
● Tip for foreigners: 3 USD/pax/day.

V. SURCHARGE POLICY
● Children under 2 years old: Free services, sleeping with parents.
● Children from 2 to under 6 years old: Free services, Sleeping with parents. Parents pay any additional fees for the child: meals, accommodation, sightseeing tickets, etc. Two adults are allowed to accompany only 1 child. If there are two or more children, a surcharge will be applied: Ticket price at the time + 50% of the tour price.
● Children from 6 to 11 years old: 75% of the tour price. Separate meals and seat onthe bus, sleepingwithparents (Two adults canaccompanyonly1 child, if the second child, 100% of the tour price will be charged - services provided as for adults).
● Children over 11 years old: service fee as an adult.
● Children's age will be calculated based on their date of birth.
● Surcharge for foreign visitors: 250.000 VND/pax/day.
VI. TOUR BOOKING REGULATIONS
● Transfer 50% of the tour price at the time of booking.
● The rest of the money must be paid at least seven days before starting the journey
● The final list of participants will be completed once you confirm the number of participants for the tour.
VII. CANCELLATION POLICY
● After booking (30 days before departure): 100% deposit penalty
● 7 days (before the tour departs: 50% penalty of the total tour price will be applied)
● 5 days before departure: 75% of the deposit will be applied
● Within 5 days before departure: 100% of the total tour price will be applied
● Refunds, cancellations, and changes are not applicable for group bookings on special occasions such as: holidays, Tet.
IX. NOTES
● Bring a valid Citizen Identification Card (CCCD) or the original Birth Certificate (for children under 14 years old).
- Children over 14 years old must be required an ID card or passport for flight check-in procedures, or a personal identification confirmation form as per regulations, valid for 30 days fromthe date ofissuance (no alterations or erasures) Children without parents must have a commitment form (or certification letter from local authorities for the accompanying adult).
● Overseas Vietnamese or foreign nationals: Please bring your Original passport attached with a valid entry visa (either a visa stamped in the passport, a separate visa, or Certificate of visa exemption). These documents must have an entry stamp of Vietnam country and be valid for use).
● Please take a note and notify the consulting staff if you would like to issue an invoice (VAT).
