DAYTOUR TO EXPLORE PHONG NHA AND PARADISE CAVE FROM HUE

The tour to Phong Nha Cave and Paradise Cave, departing from Hue, is a special journey that takes visitors to some of the most beautiful natural wonders in Central Vietnam. Here, you will have the opportunity to admire the majestic and mysterious beauty of two of the world's most famous caves: Phong Nha Cave, with its unique system of stalactites and the underground river, and Paradise Cave, known as the "Paradise under the Earth" for its stunning limestone formations. This trip offers not only an exploration of natural beauty but also a relaxing and exciting experience in the peaceful environment of Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park.

I. TOUR DETAILED ITINERARY

04:30: AM - Pick up The bus picks up guest at the meeting point in Hue city. You will depart for Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park. Travel time is about 4 hours, through beautiful routes and majesticnatural scenery of theCentral region.
08:30: AM - Arrive Quang Binh province. You rest and relax for about 10 minutes, drink water, and prepare for the journey to explore two famous caves. The vehicle will take you to Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park, with a travel time of approximately one hour. Get ready to explore one of the world’s most renowned natural wonders.
09:30: AM - Paradise Cave Exploration: Visitors begin their journey with a 1.6 km tram ride, followed by a short hike to the narrow entrance of Paradise Cave. Once inside, the cave reveals a vast, cool space with ceilings up to 60 meters high and widths of 120 meters. Wooden stairs guide you through this "Underground Royal Palace," showcasing magnificent stalactites and stalagmites illuminated by soft LED lights. The cave's natural wonders, including formations resembling flowers, trees, and waterfalls, leave visitors in awe. After two hours of exploration, the tour concludes with a return to the parking lot, leaving unforgettable memories.
12:30: PM - Lunch Break.
After visiting Paradise Cave, you will be invited to a restaurant in the National Park area to have lunch with local specialties, in a peaceful and airy space. 01:30: PM - Journey to Phong Nha Cave:
• After enjoying lunch, visitors continue their journey to Phong Nha Cave. Here, visitors board a dragon boat to begin a 30-minute cruise along the green river, surrounded by beautiful natural scenery.
• Sitting on the boat, visitors will feel the peace of the scenery, watching the riverside villages and majestic limestone mountains in the distance. The river leads to the entrance of Phong Nha Cave, where the magic of nature gradually reveals itself through the majestic and mysterious beauty of rows of stalactites and stalagmites.
• Stepping inside, visitors will be overwhelmed by the shimmering beauty of the stalactite system illuminated under flashlight. Stone curtains, stalagmites, and stalactites shine like diamonds, creating unique shapes. The deeper you go, the more you will be amazed by the shoals, underground lakes and sparkling rocks, all creating a scene like a fairy tale world.
• Enjoy the amazing beauty created by nature, so that every step brings a sense of wonder and respect for this wonder.
04:00: PM - Return to Dong Hoi: Guests board the vehicle to return to Dong Hoi City.
05:00: PM - Arrival in Dong Hoi:The bus will pick you up and continue the journey back to Hue.
09:00: PM - Arrival in Hue:You arrive in Hue, concluding the tour. The driver bids you farewell and looks forward to welcoming you on future journeys.

III. INCLUSIONS
● Modern air-conditioned tourist car for pick-up and drop-off in Dong Hoi throughout the program.
● Vietnamese or English-speaking tour guide during the tour.
● Entrance tickets for Paradise Cave, Botanical Garden, and Dark Cave.
● One lunch at Phong Nha restaurant: 150,000 VND per guest per meal. ● Tram tickets.
● Two bottles Lavie/pax/day
● Two cool tissues per visitor per day.
● Travel insurance, with a maximum coverage of 20,000,000 VND per guest per incident.
IV. EXCLUSIONS
● VAT invoice
● Personal expenses, food costs, and entrance fees for attractions not included in the program.
● Tip for drivers and tour guides (if applicable).
● In case, visitors are satisfied with the service of the driver and tour guide. They may get Tip from visitors. The tip amount is entirely optional, but it is customary to give a minimum of 50,000 VND /pax/day.
● Tip for foreigners: 3 USD/pax/day.

V. SURCHARGE POLICY
● Children under 2 years old: Free services, sleeping with parents.
● Children from 2 to under 6 years old: Free services, Sleeping with parents. Parents pay any additional fees for the child: meals, accommodation, sightseeing tickets, etc. Two adults are allowed to accompany only 1 child. If there are two or more children, a surcharge will be applied: Ticket price at the time + 50% of the tour price.
● Children from 6 to 11 years old: 75% of the tour price. Separate meals and seat on the bus, sleeping with parents (Twoadults can accompanyonly1 child, if the second child, 100% of the tour price will be charged - services provided as for adults).
● Children over 11 years old: service fee as an adult.
● Children's age will be calculated based on their date of birth.
● Surcharge for foreign visitors: 250.000 VND/pax/day.
VI. TOUR BOOKING REGULATIONS
● Transfer 50% of the tour price at the time of booking.
● The rest of the money must be paid at least seven days before starting the journey
● The final list of participants will be completed once you confirm the number of participants for the tour.
VII. CANCELLATION POLICY
● After booking (30 days before departure): 100% deposit penalty
● 7 days (before the tour departs: 50% penalty of the total tour price will be applied)
● 5 days before departure: 75% of the deposit will be applied
● Within 5 days before departure: 100% of the total tour price will be applied
● Refunds, cancellations, and changes are not applicable for group bookings on special occasions such as: holidays, Tet.
IX. NOTES
● Bring a valid Citizen Identification Card (CCCD) or the original Birth Certificate (for children under 14 years old).
- Children over 14 years old must be required an ID card or passport for flight check-in procedures, or a personal identification confirmation form as per regulations, valid for 30days from the date of issuance (noalterations orerasures) Children without parents must have a commitment form (or certification letter from local authorities for the accompanying adult).
● Overseas Vietnamese or foreign nationals: Please bring your Original passport attached with a valid entry visa (either a visa stamped in the passport, a separate
visa, or Certificate of visa exemption). These documents must have an entry stamp of Vietnam country and be valid for use).
● Please take a note and notify the consulting staff if you would like to issue an invoice (VAT).
