- Children aged 10 and above (based on year of birth): charged at adult price.
- Children aged 5-9 (based on year of birth):
+ Height from 100-139cm: charged at children price.
+ The height is 140cm or above: charged at adult price.
- Children under 5 years old (based on birth year):
+ Height below 100cm: are free of charge.
+ The height is 100cm or above: charged at children price.
PAYMENT POLICY:
Group from 01 - 05 guests:
Payment of 50% upon booking the tour.
The remaining amount must be settled no later than 1 day before the tour date or on the tour day.
Group of 6 or more guests:
Payment of 50% upon booking the service.
The remaining amount must be settled no later than 1 day before the tour date.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Group from 01 - 05 guests:
Cancellation 1 day before the tour date: No cancellation fee.
Cancellation on the tour date: 100% of the tour value will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Group of 6 or more guests:
Cancellation 2 days before the tour date: No cancellation fee.
Cancellation 1 day before the tour date: 50% of the tour value will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Cancellation on the tour date: 100% of the tour value will be charged as a cancellation fee.
*** Cancellation due to weather conditions for beach tours:
If the Port Authority does not allow the tour to depart, Company will cancel the tour and refund the guests.
If the Port Authority allows the tour to proceed and the guests choose to cancel, Company will not provide any refund.
